I have been a lover of the architecture of Andrea Palladio my entire adult life.  To see his works first-hand was a dream come true.  But beyond Palladio’s works themselves, our guide, overflowing with both in-depth knowledge and humor, introduced us to a Veneto far more varied than I could have imagined.  Accommodations were impeccable and meals were imaginative.  Pick up and drop off were seamless.
